med stay was good and easy to deal with, however the hotel was being remodeled and I would not of stayed if I had been informed of this

I am thankful for Medical Lodging reservations 3/23/2010

I am thankful for Medical Lodging reservations. We drive a long distance to get to Duke and like to reserve a room in advance so I have one less thing to worry about. The accomodations are acceptable, especially for the cost. Sammy is very friendly and helpful. Everyone at the location of Duke Towers is friendly and accomodating. The shuttle is especially nice; no getting lost or paying for parking. Thank you. more

Thanks to Sammy we ended up at Duke Towers 10/28/2009

Thanks to Sammy we ended up at Duke Towers. I had cancelled but changed my mind we were still able to get the room at Duke Towers. One of the nicest places to stay while at Duke Med. We have to go back and will be staying at Duke Towers again. They will go above and beyond in a bad time for people. more

We just returned home from a medical visit to Duke Clinic and Sam Henry arranged our hotel stay at Washington Duke Hotel-I have to say we had the most enjoyable stay-hotel staff from the front desk to housekeeping were so polite and courteous, hotel was beautiful. I recommend Sam and the hotel to everyone. more

I have use the service a number of times and found it to be very helpful each and every time. The people are so nice and that make it easy. Being sick is hard enough so when you find helpful people on the other end of the phone it refreshing to say. I tell everyone I know about the service that out there for sick family members that travel to hospital to get treatment and service. I just want to return the service. more

I have to stay overnight for an appointment at Duke, I was already nervous about going to Duke Hospital but then found out I would have appointments for 2 days which meant either I drive 3 hours home or stay the night. Sammy was very personable, he made me feel that everything was going to be o.k., he took care of my reservations, told me about the Hotel and I could hear the smile in his voice. I will call again and would advise everyone to call. more

This was the easiest I have ever made a reservation or ordered anything in my life. They were A rated in being friendly, helpful, and courteous! They had no problem at all with attaining my needs of being handicapped. I will definitely use them again in the future with my lodging needs. more

I would like to Thank Sam Henry for all his help during a diffcult time. We needed a place to stay, with special needs and it was the week of graduation for all 3 schools in the area, so reservations were slim to none. But Sam came through for my family, and found us the best hotel with the nicest staff that I have ever stayed at.
