med stay was good and easy to deal with, however the hotel was being remodeled and I would not of stayed if I had been informed of this

The service is excellent. It would be a lot harder to go into a strange area with everything else on your mind if this service was not available to take a major portion of the stress away. Thank you very much. more

I would like to thank Sam for all his help, I had to take my husband to Duke Hospital in Durham N.C. for an evaluation to get him on the lung transplant list, we had no ideal which hotel to go to, but the motel sam sugessted was perfect,we were able to park right by our room which helped me in getting his equipment in, & it was close enough to the hospital. more

I had asked Duke Hospital as to recommendations of places my daughter and I could stay for my daughter's hospital tests and vist. They referred me to MedStay. When I called wanting to make reservations near Duke Hospital, I was so pleased by the excellent, courteous, service that I received in helping me with my selection and my reservation. Sam was very knowledgeable and informed concerning all questions that I asked, and I will definitely use this service in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for assistance with reservations as a patient at Duke, or the area. Thank you so much Sam, and I pray you and your family have a Blessed Day... more

I have made reservations through Medical Lodging Reservations for over two years and have found it to be the only way to make reservations. They were very polite and helpful in each reservation I have made. When coming from out of town to go to Duke Hospital this is one thing that makes it stress free. This is a much needed service and I highly recommend it! more

I was very pleased to find a hotel with the particular amenity that I was looking for (an indoor swimming pool), at a reasonable price (The Millenium Hotel in Durham). Some things didn't go smoothly with the reservation, but the reservation was not a simple one. I will/would use Medstay again. more

I was referred to Sammy by Duke Medical Center when I was going there for treatment--a lung transplant unfortunately. Sammy was great and talked to my wife and me about our preferences. In the end, he recommended Duke Tower Condos, which had a free shuttle to Duke. They also had a full condo, which was perfect for us. We were very happy with Duke Tower Condos and with Sammy's recommendation and service. more

Reservation making was easy and hassle free 11/17/2008

Reservation making was easy and hassle free. My only problem is that my departure date was incorrect. I called when I received the confirmation email on 11/6. On 11/16, it still had not been corrected. I had to do it myself. I found the hotel number from the internet. It is important during this difficult time, that follow ups are completed. That's something I did not need to stress about at this time. more

I was completely satisfied that the accommodations for myself and my husband would meet our expectations based on the thorough answers to my questions and to Mr. Henry's concern for my safety in traveling back and forth from the hospital, at odd hours and alone. I highly recommend Medstay to Dr 7/29/2008

I highly recommend Medstay to Dr. Georgiade's patients. I have heard nothing but good things from them. They have said that Sam is always very helpful in anything they ask of him. It is nice to know that people can come to the Durham area and feel safe and not have to worry about their cars, belongs, etc. because Sam has already checked the hotel for any problems during the nights, etc. I highly recommend his company to all of our patients. more
