I have to stay overnight for an appointment at Duke, I was already nervous about going to Duke Hospital but then found out I would have appointments for 2 days which meant either I drive 3 hours home or stay the night. Sammy was very personable, he made me feel that everything was going to be o.k., he took care of my reservations, told me about the Hotel and I could hear the smile in his voice. I will call again and would advise everyone to call.
