Took several phone calls to confirm reservations, problem with emails 1/30/2012

I made reservations but didn't get confirmation. I called - was told I would get an email which I didn't. Called back several more times before I finally did get the confirmation. Email seemed to be the issue. more

I recommend med stay based on my experience. 1/30/2012

I found Duke Tower in Durham NC through Med Stay - and stayed there on three multi-day visits in 2010. I was pleased with the Med Stay reservation service and accommondation. It is difficult to choose a "best place" for prolonged stays when you don't know anything about what is available. I needed a motel that was near Duke hospital, was on the 1st floor, offered easy access to meals and had a good Tempurpedic (sp?) bed. Med stay recommmended the Duke Tower. They were correct.
