I found Duke Tower in Durham NC through Med Stay - and stayed there on three multi-day visits in 2010. I was pleased with the Med Stay reservation service and accommondation.
It is difficult to choose a "best place" for prolonged stays when you don't know anything about what is available. I needed a motel that was near Duke hospital, was on the 1st floor, offered easy access to meals and had a good Tempurpedic (sp?) bed.
Med stay recommmended the Duke Tower. They were correct.
