I was presently surprised that I was still in Matura's system after so many years. Matura was able to get my son his first job with Latham & Watkins (not the same recruiter). They helped me throughout the process (testing, interviewing, etc.) I had dealt with other agencies and they were never helpful or gave me any hope in any way. more

They took the time to understand my needs as a job seeker, in order to ensure that I was matched with the right company and that the company is matched with the right candidate. I worked closely with Karen Farrington who is just a very genuine person and very knowledgeable in her field. It was so very helpful for me especially since I was relocating from the East Coast, and needed that kind of guidance. In my staffing quest, I had the opportunity to speak with and work with several different agencies. Hands down, Matura Farrington ("MF")was the most efficient, professional and responsive agency I worked with. They spent a significant amount of time in finding out and understanding what the needs of my practice were before beginning their search, and only submitted candidates that would fit those needs. I didn't have to spend a lot of time going through resumes, or meeting with candidates who weren't right for my office. MF didn't try to make a square peg fit into a round hole. All of the candidates they sent were highly skilled, well-qualified and professional, and they were as impressive in person as their resumes. When I was in a staffing crisis, MF was my knight in shining armor. I can not overestimate how impressed I am with MF, and every one who works for their office. EXCELLENT. I have been working with Matura Farrington for quite some time. It has always been a good experience. I have worked closely with Adrienne Barbee. She has filled several positions for me and has also placed me from time to time. One thing I truly like about working with Adrienne is, she knows me (she took the time to get to know me as a person, good, bad and stressed), she knows the type of candidates I would like to see and I trust her judgment. She keeps me informed on the status of references, candidates thoughts of the position and she is always honest about what the candidate would want as a starting salary. Since I have worked with the company for many years I have to say that the most recent recruiter I worked with has been great with keeping in touch. My previous years lacked in follow up. I was placed with a firm but no one ever bothered to call me to see how I was doing. Not good. more
