I am very pleased with this company. They took the time to understand my needs as a job seeker, in order to ensure that I was matched with the right company and that the company is matched with the right candidate.
I worked closely with Karen Farrington who is just a very genuine person and very knowledgeable in her field. I was so touched that she took time to talk to me about the things that, as a job seeker, I should be looking for, asking about and considering. It was so very helpful for me especially since I was relocating from the East Coast, and needed that kind of guidance. I still feel very lucky to have met her and as an East Coaster, I was almost shocked at how nice she was to me! We aren't used to that.
Ive worked with other agencies in both the NY and the LA area who unfortunately like to mold their candidate into what the Company wants to see and hear. Matura Farrington is able to see and think about the long-term relationship they are facilitating between a candidate and the Company. It is very clear that Matura Farringtons intentions are from a genuinely good place and their main goal is to sincerely create a solid match.
