EXCELLENT.
I have been working with Matura Farrington for quite some time. It has always been a good experience. I have worked closely with Adrienne Barbee. She has filled several positions for me and has also placed me from time to time. One thing I truly like about working with Adrienne is, she knows me (she took the time to get to know me as a person, good, bad and stressed), she knows the type of candidates I would like to see and I trust her judgment. She keeps me informed on the status of references, candidates thoughts of the position and she is always honest about what the candidate would want as a starting salary. She is always able to tell me the truth about each candidate. I love the honesty. She only sends me candidates that she feels would be a perfect fit. It truly makes the search quick and easy.
