I have had many massages in the past. My first time at Marbella's a young lady named Karen greeted me with the warmest smile, and seemed eager to help. I immediately found my comfort zone. The atmosphere was very calming, and as far as that young ladies hands (Karen), they were like magic. It was best massage I've ever had, and I can honestly say I know what it feels like to be walking on air. Marbella's number is definatly locked in my speed dial. more

Yes, I found a stylist that can offer me the quality of services I am accustom to in a Los Angeles salon. LONI is a full-service stylist. Loni always gives me fabulous color and highlights followed by a ""just stepped out of a salon - I'm worth it"" blowout to make-up and nails - she does it all! I am extremely particular about how my highlights look and Loni always does meticulous work. When I really want to go sassy I ask Loni to spice it up with her latest hot iron or pin curl tricks! If you want your man's FULL saluting attention ask for the vacationbarbie special! more

I've been to all types of hairdressers ... $19.99 to $100 ... and by far Eduardo gave me my best hair cut! What i loved most is he took time to study my hair and give me his honest opinion as to what would look best on me. He also recommended some amazing products for my hair (just love the shampoo and conditioner - doesn't leave my hair greasy) and really took care of me. Eduardo, where have you been all my life? more

The best blow-drys in town are here. I have the most freezy hair and Analaura can really straighten my hair. All the staff is great and the prices are reasonable. more

If you're lookn for a new hair stylist, this is the salon for you!... i've been a client of eduardo's for many years... this guy is extremely talented and the salon is first class. I'm always pleased w/ the staff, everyone is professional and welcoming. My experience has always been pleasant and the results are great... I highly recommend! It was a time for a change, so I asked a friend for a salon recommendation and she recommended Marbella. Her hair always looks great, so I decided to give it a try ....and I am glad I did. I was able to get an appointment quickly and at a time that was convenient for me (evening). The staff were extremely attentive and made me feel welcome. I love my haircut! Eduardo did a fantastic job of creating a cut that not only looked great when he finished, but looked great for weeks to follow. I went back and had Rosie add highlilghts to my hair. I look forward to my next cut and highlights. If you are looking to create ""A Whole New You"" or are simply looking for a little pick me up, Marbella is the place to visit. I have been visiting Marbella Salon for hairstyling and waxing for some time, and have never had anything remotely resembling a bad experience. The atmosphere is great, and the prices reasonable. The staff goes out of their way to welcome you and make you feel comfortable, offering a refreshment as soon as you arrive. I have never had a long wait. I am extremely happy with Trang, who seems to know exactly what works for me. I ask her for suggestions on different things to try with my hair, and her suggestions are always perfect! She takes the time to show me how to maintain the style and deal with problem areas. I have total confidence in Trang, and her helpfulness and friendly personality have made every visit to Marbella a pleasure. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else. Kudos to Rosie and Eduardo for Marbella, and great job Trang! Pros: Customer friendly, relaxing atmosphere, great staff more

I had the Marbella Sampler which includes a cut, style, manicure and pedicure. Everything was great. My appointment started on time. The atmosphere was beautiful with lots of natural light. My haircut came out not only looking good, but my hair felt SOO SOFT. The nail treatments were a delight. Again, not only did my nails look good, but my skin felt fantastic. Sky went out of her way to make sure that my experience was heavenly (especially the peppermint foot mask). She really seemed to be taking care of me, not just my nails. Everyone was warm, friendly and welcoming. There were no hassles with getting an appointment, parking or tipping (no silly envelopes, just add to your credit card like in a restaurant). The prices were great for the level of service and I was treated like they were happy to have my business from start to finish. Pros: Relaxing, Not Pretentious, On-time Cons: none! more

As a new resident to Houston, finding the right salon was a must! I tried 3 different places (unsatisfactory and/or extremely costly) before a friend recommended Marbella. I've looked no further, this place is amazing! The staff is so friendly - they are always wanting to make you comfortable, offer you a beverage, etc. Rosie and Eduardo are experts at what they do! I have very fine hair, so having the right cut is essential. Eduardo guided me through the first haircut, teaching me why he was doing each type of cut, layer, etc. And he's an expert at finding the right product for your hair! I've never gotten more compliments on my color and cut from complete strangers! So if you want great, hard-working & honest people, this place is for you. For the quality of service, I promise you will not find a better deal in Houston! Pros: Stylist Expertise, Atmosphere, Prices more

This was my first time at Marbella and I found the spa and salon on city search. I was incredibly pleased with the massage by Milka. In the first two minutes I had decided that this was one of the best massages I've had. The service was prompt and my time was not cut short, unlike other places i've been to. I highly recommend Milka's massage therapy. While at the salon, I also got a facial. I expected a little more from the facial than I received but, overall it was good. The music in the facial room was a bit too loud for me to relax and it seemed as though I did not spend an entire hour in the process. However, the staff was very friendly and welcoming and I will be returning to this salon in the future. Pros: Good parking, Friendly staff, Good prices more

I went to Marbella several weeks ago and saw Rosie for highlights and Eduardo for a haircut. Both are extremely talented and my hair turned out terrific. The salon is very trendy and the staff very friendly. Great value for the money, as well. I would definitely recommend this place. more

I've been a customer of Marbella's since they began. The stylists (Edward, Rosie, Ana Laura) are all highly trained and keep up with the latest hair fashions. This is the place to go if you're looking to update your style or improve the condition of your hair. My hair used to be frizzy, big and unruly--a slave to humidity! Now it's manageable, silky, soft and in great condition. From the head massage to the final stroke of the brush, this is the best salon in Houston, and better than most you'll find in Manhattan. I love this place! more

This is a full service spa salon. The manicurist in particular is very nice and does a great job. Also they'll work together to coordinate several services in one visit, and the complimentary wine never hurts. Prices are really reasonable, and the services are high quality. Parking can be a little difficult for late appointments when the restaurant downstairs starts to get busy. more

As soon as you enter the salon you fell very comfortable with the atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you with anything you need. They also offer great advice on what products to use and you know they are very informed on product information. I would recommend this salon to anyone who likes a warm environment, friendly staff and overall great experience. Pros: friendly staff, great environment, great products more

This is not an exaggeration but this is by far the best haircut I have ever gotten. I highly recommend Marbella to anyone who wants total customer satisfaction. From the minute you walk in to the moment you leave, everyone is there to make you feel welcome and satisfied. Edward is a miracle worker because my hair is a challenge to cut. Edward is a genius! I've never felt so good about a haircut before, and the price is fairly reasonable compared to the other salons. The staffs are friendly and don't make you feel like they're doing you a favor. You walk out feeling good about yourself. I took my mom to get her hair done for Mother's Day. Edward and Rosie managed to make her look years younger. Great place. You won't be disappointed! more

I have gone to the salon several times hoping that my opinion would change. I don't feel that the quality of services are up to par with the prices they charge. I love the way I feel eveytime I stepped out of Marbella Spa & Salon - The talent there is amazing and they use the best products. I made the mistake of getting my haircut done with someone else and I paid for that mistake for months. Edward was able to fix my hair with his magic hands. I have referred many friends to Marbella and they all feel the way I do. Their customer service is excellent and always available to help. Their facials and body massages are amazing.
