Poor Service at Riata Ford in Manor 10/16/2021

I have been a client of Riata for a long time but my recent experience is causing me to go elsewhere for my service and repairs. I had my vehicle towed to Riata last Friday and it took them until the following Tuesday to get it back to me at which point I was told my battery simply had a bad cell. Great I'm back up and running I'm thinking! The very next morning I go to start my car and head into work and it won't start again. I then had my brother help me out with a jump and my wife took the car back in to them. A full day later I finally had to call my advisor Dolores back only to be told that they wouldn't even be able to get my car looked at it to get it diagnosed properly for at least a week or two as they had to many other customers at the moment. In the mean time they couldn't provide a rental to help my family of four handle day to day transportation or even a partial refund of the $250 I had paid for a new battery to fix the issue that was still not addressed. Then when I asked Dolores to get my vehicle towed to a different dealership that wasn't backed up and who could help me with a rental on the following Friday I find out Saturday, again when I called her, that even this simple request could not be met as she was to busy helping other customers to make a simple phone call. I would not recommend anyone do business with Riata at this point as there customer service, communication, and timeliness are horrible. more

Riata Ford - Customer/Sales service 10/8/2021

Horrid customer service. Mike Jackson and Mike jones were horrible salesmen that have no sense of recollection and will turn on you upon purchase.. I had bought a new vehicle, only to be promised that there would be things fixed on the vehicle that were not operating and/or installed. After leaving the dealership, I called to see when I can schedule the fix and was told by them that they cannot do those things to my vehicle; even when we agreed to have them fixed..! Absolute disgrace to Ford’s customer service. Both deserve nothing more than a basic 9-5 at the local 7 Eleven. I feel like they would fit in great there; at least for their level of incompetence! more

Just don't do it 9/3/2021

Just don't do it. Worst Customer Service (really, customer NOservice) from the Service (ha!) Department. Nonexistent communication, inadept service advisors and technicians and outright liars. Had my truck for weeks, had no idea how to fix it, Dented the bumper while in their care. Never again! more

Scam to get you in the door. 10/4/2019

I am very disappointed in Lief Johnson Ford. I am a repeat customer and have bought 5 vehicles from yall. I filled out the online form and it said my payment would be 326. I get to the dealership and am now told it will be $487. That is a huge difference. When looking through everything I asked about the $5500 finance rebate it had online and I was told it was a mistake and shouldn't have been there. This was a complete waste of my time. Because of this you have lost a customer that has been buying vehicles from you for years. I will post this and tell anyone who will listen about how bad this experience was. more

Manny Sepeda is very good at listening to the needs of his customers. He worked diligently with me in getting me into the kind of car I was looking for. Always respectful, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is satisfied with the vehicle of their choice. His customer service doesn't end when you drive the vehicle off the lot. Mr. Sepeda follows up and reaches out days later, to ask if you are enjoying your new vehicle. He is a strong dedicated salesman to his customers, and an asset to Leif Johnson Ford at Koenig Lane. more

I had an amazing experience here thanks to Raphael! He made sure I got the car I wanted and went out of his way to find one with all of the things I asked for. He made me feel so welcome, like family. I may have only been there for a few hours to buy my car but he made the whole experience great. I will be looking for him in the future for any questions and obviously future purchases. I'll also be sure to recommend him to all of my friends and family or anyone I know of looking for a Ford. I can not stress enough how amazing he was to work with. I left with a new car and a new friend, the experience was truly amazing. Great purchase experience 4/23/2019

Bought a 2019 Ford Raptor. My salesman, Leo, was amazing; he made the whole process quick, easy & totally painless. Similarly, the financial manager, Mike, had my paperwork together & it was merely a question of getting my signatures. Fred, the GM, came by while I was sitting with Leo on my first visit to the dealership just to shake hands, introduce himself & a little casual conversation. Never once during the whole purchase experience did I feel like anyone was trying to sell me anything. The whole experience was very friendly & easy going, and left me with the feeling that the only thing that mattered to anyone was that I was well taken care of & got exactly what I wanted. I got exactly the truck I wanted with exactly the options I wanted delivered to the dealership direct from Ford. It was even delivered on Easter Sunday so I could pick it up on Monday; now that is going above & beyond quality service. I would recommend Leif Johnson Ford, and specifically Leo, to anyone looking for a car. more

Out to Cheat customers with bad credit 4/27/2011

I found out that they will charge you up to 2 times the value of vehicle if you have bad credit, I can understand a higher interest rate but not to increase the vehicles price from 5k to 10k, they take avantage of those with bad credit or lower income, beware check the Kelly Blue Book value of any car/truck you buy ! more
