Bought a 2019 Ford Raptor. My salesman, Leo, was amazing; he made the whole process quick, easy & totally painless. Similarly, the financial manager, Mike, had my paperwork together & it was merely a question of getting my signatures. Fred, the GM, came by while I was sitting with Leo on my first visit to the dealership just to shake hands, introduce himself & a little casual conversation. Never once during the whole purchase experience did I feel like anyone was trying to sell me anything. The whole experience was very friendly & easy going, and left me with the feeling that the only thing that mattered to anyone was that I was well taken care of & got exactly what I wanted. I got exactly the truck I wanted with exactly the options I wanted delivered to the dealership direct from Ford. It was even delivered on Easter Sunday so I could pick it up on Monday; now that is going above & beyond quality service. I would recommend Leif Johnson Ford, and specifically Leo, to anyone looking for a car.
