I am very disappointed in Lief Johnson Ford. I am a repeat customer and have bought 5 vehicles from yall. I filled out the online form and it said my payment would be 326. I get to the dealership and am now told it will be $487. That is a huge difference. When looking through everything I asked about the $5500 finance rebate it had online and I was told it was a mistake and shouldn't have been there. This was a complete waste of my time. Because of this you have lost a customer that has been buying vehicles from you for years. I will post this and tell anyone who will listen about how bad this experience was.
