Horrid customer service. Mike Jackson and Mike jones were horrible salesmen that have no sense of recollection and will turn on you upon purchase.. I had bought a new vehicle, only to be promised that there would be things fixed on the vehicle that were not operating and/or installed. After leaving the dealership, I called to see when I can schedule the fix and was told by them that they cannot do those things to my vehicle; even when we agreed to have them fixed..! Absolute disgrace to Ford’s customer service. Both deserve nothing more than a basic 9-5 at the local 7 Eleven. I feel like they would fit in great there; at least for their level of incompetence!
