Wonderful Spa in Midtown. Euphoric and relaxing aura, and the spa is in pristine condition. They offer excellent acne and skin treatment. I personally enjoy their body wraps and facials. The professionalism of the staff exceeds expectations and the overall service is outstanding! more

Le Cachet exceeded all of my expectations. I work in the modeling industry and must maintain flawless skin and body care. Le Cachet is one of best places for state of the art laser hair removal. I have had multiple treatments with flawless skin afterwards. I also very much enjoy the facials, deep tissue massage, and would recommend their full body chocolate wrap. The spa is in a quiet and tourist free location in midtown and, like I said their impeccable services exceeded all of my expectations and won me over as a regular. more

I recently enjoyed a trip to Le Cachet spa for some quality service and beautification. Ladies, if you want a relaxing environment, Le Cachet oozes serenity. The professional staff maintains a respectable level of privacy for ultimate relaxation. They offer promotions and discounts, you can inquire about the varieties upon your visit. If you want an excellent spa experience, this is the place for you. The service is impeccable, and the ambiance serine. The staff are both knowledgeable and helpful about current spa treatments that are available. I have personally received numerous laser treatments with Le Cachet and am very pleased with the results. The treatment leaves no scarring or irritation and is reasonably priced. If anyone is looking for a great laser center, Le Cachet is more than worth a try! more

Great Day Spa Experience 12/25/2011

So many Day spas in New York City opening allover, its really great, but the problem is that you don?t really want to find out by wasting time and money, how bad the service could be, since the price is so cheap ? I went to one of the so called great Day Spa, in New York, advertised it?s services online with real discounted prices, the price was great, however, I regret it till today, since the service was exactly the same as the price, low grade and disgusting. Yes I admit I got what I paid for!!!! more

I looked to see if there was an option for 0 stars, but unfortunately I had to give one to write this review, but given the choice it would be a big fat nothing for Le Cachet. I had been a customer in the past, and was never satisfied with the facials I got. And for the PRICE, I should have been leaving with baby bottom smooth glowing skin from the heavens. Instead, I always broke out in rashes and acne after the facial for about a week (wait, aren't facials supposed to make your skin BETTER?). Regardless, because of how much they TALK about how great their services are, in a lunatic state of exhaustion with trying to find new places in NYC, I signed up and pre-paid for ten facials. I used one but never went back because I was so unhappy with the results, and discovered they lied to me about their products being all organic. YEAH, RIGHT. I did research on my own, called the companies and researched on the internet, only to discover that the products they sold me/used on me all contained sodium lauryl sulfate and other crap, which is why my face broke out all the time after their facials. That stuff is poison for your skin, and yet they kept insisting to me that 'No, no, your skin will be BEAUTIFUL, all organic all organic' THIS IS THE KICKER: Get ready for it....So I had to move somewhere else, and remembered that I still had all that money left over from the facials I didn't use, so called to tell them this, and get my money back from the unused services. Apparently the owner (whose last name the lady on the phone didn't know? SHADY) was out of town for a month and a half, and no one could speak to me about giving it back to me. they said only he could refund it, if he would refund it at all (WHAT?). Then the final kick of it, she proceeded to talk to me about God and how he protects their salon, so it didn't matter if I was an unhappy customer and having a bad experience. WOW. DO NOT GO HERE, I never write posts, this is my first one ever, and I specifically created an account so I could detail how horrible this place is. more

LOVED ITTT! 6/15/2011

I went here yesterday with my mother. Most amazing mother/daughter day we ever had. It was so relaxing (and she never relaxes). I had a great pedicure or ""facial for your feet"" which included lots of scrubs and a foot mask. The place was beautiful and very comfortable! My mother got a facial from Sophia. When my mom came out of the room, you could tell right away her face was glowing, and i'm not just talking about her big smile! Anyone who complains about the pain or money of a spa treatment like this should really consider the fantastic results! Her and I will absolutely return again! My feet are soft and smooth and my mom can't stop touching her face in amazement! THANK YOU LE CACHET!!!! more

BEST ACNE FACIALS 4/11/2011

I have suffered from moderate to severe acne for a few years already, which was very embarrassing to me. I tried every acne cleansers and have been to over a dozen different types of day spas and acne laser spas to get rid of my acne. I even tried blue light which I have to admit had calmed my acne down a bit, but I continue to get many pop ups of pimples and afterwards I am left with dark marks. I tried Le Cachet and at first I was a bit hesitant because the prices are really expensive, but the work that they have done to my face was amazing. I had two deep acne facials, and one microderm/sea algae facial and I have not had one pimple since, and my acne marks have also diminish, my face looks flawless. I am so happy with this place and i do not regret it one bit. They also recommended some facial washes and spot treatments which helped my face out. The only con that I have about this place is that it is really expensive. Especially the fact that I have been there about three times already and my brother, father and now my mother are also going weekly for different kinds of treatments, I am disappointed that we didn't get a good discount since we are giving them so much business. Bottom line, if your face is very important to you and have been suffering from acne, and have tried everything else, then give this place a shot, spend the money but you will be happy with the results. more

The Best Facials and skin treatments by a longshot 2/19/2011

When your in the fashion industry as I am (I'm a fashion model) your complexion is of utmost importance to be as close to perfect as possible. But living in stressful nyc where you are rushing from one place to the next and barely getting enough sleep can do a number on one's complexion. And that it did on mine. Since I'm an advocate for holistic healthcare naturally I sought out a spa that could cater to my skin without using chemically laden envasive products. And thats when I discovered Le Cachet Spa. Julia, my esthetician was very gracious to me and took time to explain what she felt was necessary to put a stop to the deep acne that had developed on my face- deep pore cleansing facial with enzyme peel done once week every week for a period time til my skin got under control. I wasn't sure my finances could afford a weekly treatment protocol but she spoke with the owner and worked out an agreement to make the treatments affordable for my budget because they wanted to be sure I would get the top results possible that one facial alone wouldnt have delivered in the long run. Its been nearly two years since that first visit and my skin looks and feels amazing! Prior to my first facial- my modeling agencies were commenting on my complexion and not wanting to push me forward because of it- but since my treatments at Le Cachet - I have heard nothing but positive remarks on my complexion and friends are asking where I go and what I do to keep my complexion in tip top shape. I of course tell them its all thanks to Julia's hard work and diligence with her thorough facials (extracting deep seated acne infections along with masques). Once my acne got under control I began undergoing Laser treatments from another practioner- Larissa for the scarring from past lesions and to lessen oil production. I also have done several deep seaweed peel treatments and microdermabrasion to remove the dead layers of skin. Its done wonders to my complexion. In addition to facials I also began getting brazilian bikini waxings every 3 weeks from Sophia and was amazed how minimal the pain was in comparison to the asian salons that I used to go to get waxing. Sophia is so thorough and makes you at ease very quckily. more

Manger was a MONSTER! 1/3/2011

I called to make an facial appointment for the weekend. Never been to this place before and believe that first impression is the last impression.I asked for a seasoned esthetician because i wanted to be committed and get a facial there every three weeks. But this lady changed my mind. I WILL NEVER GO TO ""LE CACHET"". The lady on the phone had a heavy latina accent and claimed she was the manager. She gave me the biggest attitude and said i might as well don't come because they don't do that here! She did not give me her name and HUNG UP THE PHONE IN MY FACE! I called her back and was like you don't need to be nasty. I don't believe she was the manager if she was then she is stupid when it comes to customer service! She needs to get over herself. Clients are the money maker not her! more

Wonderful Day Spa Pampering 11/10/2010

In New York city there are so many different spas offering all kind of discounts, you don?t really know which one to go. My boyfriend and I, we chose Le Cachet Day Spa in Midtown Manhattan, since they offer all organic skin care and spa products. I loved my facial, my boyfriend had his first facial, he looked amazing, his skin improved beyond belief, the aesthetician knew how to make him comfortable, since he was hesitating to have a facial. (Macho-macho) We also enjoyed or couples massage at Le Cachet Day Spa. The candles and the romantic music in our massage room really made a huge difference. After our massage, we were given a private room where we had a wonderful glass of wine, chocolate and our privacy in our sexy white spa robes. The staff was professional, made us feel like celebrities. We are definitely going back, and highly recommend it to anyone who don?t want to spend to much money and still enjoy a superb spa pampering in my neighborhood, 10016 nyc, Yes, I also had the best bikini waxing with Mila. more

Still Stressed... 4/29/2010

I wanted a certain thing done and the lady did a good job. It was the manger with the sales pitch that made me feel stressed and cheated. I was less stressed when I went in there than I was when I left. There were hidden fees that I weren't aware of until I paid and he "suggested" a tip for the nice lady-which she earned. I think he should stay away from the clients and allow them to obtain a relaxing experience without the sales pitch. Let the products sell themselves or sell them online.\r \r A Spa should be an oasis and a relaxing, stress-less environment. I was actually going to go back until he pushed so hard to sell the overpriced products at the end of my session. Now I'll never go back and that's sad since I enjoyed my session. He should sell used cars. He'd be really good at it!\r \r **There isn't a spa like ambiance and the place is dark, cold and was totally empty which was a huge red flag. Very good results, Laser Hair Removal for African American Skin. 8/20/2009

I am an African American women, who was always told, that since our skin color we cannot have a successful laser hair removal. I also seen some news report where African American clients have been scarred by lasers during hair removal, and that kept me a way from doing it. \r I am so glad that I found Le Cachet Laser Hair removal center, I knew that in order to perform Laser hair removal for our skin it has to be laser specially designed for black skin. It is my last treatment and I have no hair nor any scaring. As a young women I had a problem with facial hair which contributed to my acne problem. At Le Cachet I felt from the very beginning that I am in good hands, I had a strong impression, that they knew what they are doing, they made me feel comfortable and secure.\r I had 5 treatments and I am pleased to see such a wonderful result.
