I wanted a certain thing done and the lady did a good job. It was the manger with the sales pitch that made me feel stressed and cheated. I was less stressed when I went in there than I was when I left. There were hidden fees that I weren't aware of until I paid and he "suggested" a tip for the nice lady-which she earned. I think he should stay away from the clients and allow them to obtain a relaxing experience without the sales pitch. Let the products sell themselves or sell them online.\r

A Spa should be an oasis and a relaxing, stress-less environment. I was actually going to go back until he pushed so hard to sell the overpriced products at the end of my session.
