Review content:
I wanted a certain thing done and the lady did a good job. It was the manger with the sales pitch that made me feel stressed and cheated. I was less stressed when I went in there than I was when I left. There were hidden fees that I weren't aware of until I paid and he "suggested" a tip for the nice lady-which she earned. I think he should stay away from the clients and allow them to obtain a relaxing experience without the sales pitch. Let the products sell themselves or sell them online.\r \r A Spa should be an oasis and a relaxing, stress-less environment. I was actually going to go back until he pushed so hard to sell the overpriced products at the end of my session. Now I'll never go back and that's sad since I enjoyed my session. He should sell used cars. He'd be really good at it!\r \r **There isn't a spa like ambiance and the place is dark, cold and was totally empty which was a huge red flag. There is clutter in the steamroom and it didn't work. The decor is out of the 1
