Furnace failure at the outset of a blizzard. Remarkably fast response on the part of Just Right, including locating and retrieving out-of-date replacement parts from a warehouse thirty mile away. Kent, the heating technician, was efficient, personable and patient. He let me watch as he gutted the furnace(s), and brought them back online, all the while explaining in detail the nature of the problem, and why the replacement parts cost as much as they did. I learned a great deal about Condensing Furnaces. The service was exceptional, and largely made up for the cost of the parts (not Just Right's fault).
