Review content:
The person who came to my house said I need to change my filter on my humidifier every 3 mo. When I looked for one at Home Depot and Lowes I couldn't find. I called the office and they told me I only need to change 1x a year. Got different information and unsure which is the truth.
RESPONSE FROM Just Right Air:
Barbara, we are sorry for the confusion. The furnace filter on your system needs to be changed every three months. But the filter on your humidifier needs to be changed only once a year, and since you are a Comfort Rewards Program member, we'll be changing the humidifier filter for you during our annual service. So you don't need to worry about where to buy a filter. Thanks for your review and for being a loyal customer!
