Haven't had any service for awhile. Was great on last furnace check up.

Worst

We had our coil clogged up with grime from our own fault. The service man was highly polite and informative, but $300 for a job requiring no parts and less than hour of time seems...

Dan and his company are the best HVAC contractors in the state of Utah. They understand how to properly design and SIZE a system to run efficiently and maintain optimum comfort levels. more

I love how these guys explain everything that is going on with your furnace, what needs work, what doesnt. Tony spent almost 2 hours here just for a tune up. He showed me proper maintenance and suggested repairs that would help, but they do so without making you feel like you HAVE to do these fixes. They're just what they are, sugestions. They aren't pushy salesmen. My furnace is really old and he took the time to clean and maintain it, when most wouldn't even look at it for being so old. more

Diagnosis issue, second opinion! 11/15/2016

Came out late and prompt. Throughly went through my furnace after questar thought I might have a leaky gas valve. Called Action which I will never use ever again, action said the same thing but didn't even really inspect it or trouble shoot it. Just went off the opinion of Questar gas. Then action quickly wrote me a quote for 750 dollars. Called Jyst Right Air who throughly went through everything and tested and sniffed with meter for any gas leaks. They said they found nothing and did not think there was anything wrong. Never use action!!!! They install stuff wrong and then when they are paid to come out and diagnose an issue or possible issue, they don't even do that and just rely on a gas company who do. It install or work in furnaces. Absolutely terrible. I will only use just right air from now on!! more

Technician showed up as scheduled, was professional and able to very quickly resolve our heating issue. Moreover, he only charged us for his travel time due to the simple nature of the problem that he quickly solved more

Their technicians are awesome. They show up when they say they will, and will do everything they can to fix the problem. We called on a weekend and a tech came out on Sunday morning to fix the AC in July. more

Very Good Installation and Service 11/9/2016

In 2012 JRA installed a new high efficiency furnace and cooling system for our home. They worked efficiently and cleanly within our home even though they had to run new air lines through two rooms and remove the old furnace and disconnect the old swamp cooler. They have serviced our system since annually. Downside. They just informed us that after the initial 5 yr. warranty period ends in 2017 they will no longer service our system since they are restricting their service area to Salt Lake County. more
