The techs from Just Right Air were awesome and I give them a five plus because they did me real good. They tore out the old furnace and put in a new one. They re-vented the furnace and added a humidifier, and they also fixed the old existing venting to code and made brand new panels to fit the existing duct work. It was first time using Just Right Air and, although their customer service was a little rocky to get it going, they gave me the best deal. And I did three different bids with other companies. Their techs were off the charts good, and I'd highly recommend them. I'm a tech myself, so I can understand the work. These guys were high-quality craftsman who did what needed to be done. I need the techs to come by for a yearly check service, too. more

Went above and beyond with the service of my furnace, fixed my thermostat as well. Price was very fair as I looked up the price of the part and install was well worth paying them to put it in more

This summer our air conditioning system had to be completely redone. Just Right Air put in some new ducts, air handler and a compressor. Everything works great and our bills are less per month now, even in the hottest months. Their guys are professional and on time. more

I called Just Right Air to come out and address water leaking from the AC unit in my basement. Initially, we had a miscommunication around the scheduled arrival time. When the service tech did not show up when I expected, I was quite upset and voiced my frustrations to Dan. I also indicated I would be looking elsewhere for service. Later that day, Dan reached out to me to apologize for the miscommunication and offered a free diagnostic visit to make up for the confusion. While the free diagnostic was nice, I was particularly impressed that Dan reached out at all. That is a level of customer service that, based on previous experiences, I did not expect. I was surprised and very impressed. We were able to schedule a time the next day when Mike came out and was able to quickly and professionally identify the source of my leak and address it. In addition, I brought up a separate problem I had with my upstairs AC unit. There was a high pitched squeal that would happen sporadically in the middle of the night. To try to fix this, we had a service call from a different company. Their tech spent two hours looking things over and indicated he couldn't see anything wrong. He suggested we try turning the AC up and down to force the issue to happen more regularly so he could see it in action. However, as the issue happened rarely, getting it to happen regularly was unlikely. In addition, it surprised me the tech had never heard of this particular sound. Regardless, I mentioned this to Mike, who spent less than 5 minutes looking at my AC unit before diagnosing the issue, explaining it, and quoting me a ballpark price to address it. I will absolutely be calling Just Right Air the next time the need arises and I will not hesitate to recommend them to others. more

We had our coil clogged up with grime from our own fault. The service man was highly polite and informative, but $300 for a job requiring no parts and less than hour of time seems excessive. more

My AC froze up due to a refrigerant leak for the second time in less than two weeks. The company that serviced it the first time injected some dye into the system that was supposed to reveal the leak when exposed to ultraviolet light. They would not schedule a return visit before another two weeks. Just Right Air responded the same day with a more professional approach. The technician actually looked for the leak using a different technique. When he did not find it he explained several options for dealing with the problem. I chose a temporary fix that had a high probability of keeping the system working while I considered how best to deal with my aging system. The technician was clean, knowledgeable, friendly and worked efficiently. It was a delightful contrast to the experience I had with the previous serviceman. more
