Review content:
The scheduler gave and approximate time. Called to let us know technician was on his way. Upon arrival the technician wore shoe protectors, inspected and explained what the problems were with all three furnaces, then explained in detail options. The sales rep made the appointment, on time, and did a survey of HVAC needs, prepared estimates and explained in detail the furnace option. Both installers were on time, professional, laid cloths to protect carpet and answered any questions to satisfaction.
