Dealer offered a coupon, but would not allow it, as they stated they had already provided all discounts available, yet the itemization did not outline any. Be aware.

Customer service, care about clients and good timely service. 3/28/2014

For the amount of work needed and having to order parts, they got the work done in a timely manner. Al Martell is a friendly gentleman as well as Julio, the van driver. I appreciated their professionalism. Jim Spotts runs a good shop. more

Exceptional Customer Service 3/23/2014

Steven Doman was awesome! From start to finish. I went in for an oil change and before I knew it, my car was ready and I was on my way. I have "never" experienced customer service like this, especially from a dealership. I purchased my 2005 Toyota Corolla from Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet and they stand behind what they say! I'm totally satisfied! more

I've been coming here for almost 4 years and this was by far my best experience. Bill was very nice, helpful, and direct. I was pleasantly surprised when he offered to have me driven home rather than wait for my car to be done. Julio was awesome - great memory and good driver! I got back and found my 2nd surprise of the day - Bill had my car washed. It really is the little things that make such a difference and can change an ok visit into a memorable one. more

Make sure you've got time to wait 2/24/2014

My wife and I purchased a car from JJ about a year ago. We went with the maintenance package and have been nothing short of dissatisfied. The sales process was great but even though we schedule an appointment with the service department we have never spent less than an hour just waiting for the car to be taken back. I was told that anything "over an hour and 15 minutes is unacceptable" by a JJ employee. I have decided to no longer use their service. more

on point, this time 2/8/2014

This was my sixth visit to the service department for my non-GM vehicle. It was, perhaps, the most efficient if all of them. In and out of my scheduled morning appointment in a little over an hour. Previous visits averaged 3-4 hours for an oil change/rotation...with an appointment. more
