I've been coming here for almost 4 years and this was by far my best experience. Bill was very nice, helpful, and direct. I was pleasantly surprised when he offered to have me driven home rather than wait for my car to be done. Julio was awesome - great memory and good driver! I got back and found my 2nd surprise of the day - Bill had my car washed. It really is the little things that make such a difference and can change an ok visit into a memorable one.
