I needed to either get my car refinanced or a new one if possible. I stopped in for a moment as I was headed back to work and after about 10 minutes ended up meeting Dennis Burke in the parking lot. I explained how I needed to either trade in my alcoholic car (13 to 18 mpg) or find someone to refinance. I have him a bit of background information and we set an appointment for Sunday morning. Right from the start I knew Dennis was going to be the person who will help & not pressure. He was going to help me make that educated decision. Sunday morning came & we met again. Dennis had set aside his day to assist me make that decision. My gasoline usage with my Nissan was thru the roof (every other day I used between $40 & $55. It was stressing me unceremoniously! My bills were raising, money very tight, needed a solution & I had heard the Jimmie Johnson commercials, so I wanted to see for myself if all the hype was true... Like I previously mentioned, met with Dennis on sunday, took about 30 minutes or so to decide how much I wanted to spend & possible cars to see & try. After they agreed to take my Nissan in trade & figuring the price to work with, We started looking in the lot at the Cruze's and the Sonic. We finally decided to pick a color. After the test drive & choice we went inside to do paperwork to see if we could get the Sonic. Brandon joined us to help with the financing. He diligently worked on getting the best deal possible and after a bit more discussion, Brandon came back with excellent news, we got the loan I had asked for! He got me an excellent APR & terms that were both acceptable & completely awesome! Thank you Dennis for all your help & Brandon for your assistance in getting our financing! No pressure, no hassles, no headaches! It was my first new car & I am glad that this experience was made way better than other car buying nightmares I have heard people complain of.
