Warm, friendly counter man, car returned quickeer than I thought, fully serviced.

Worst

Dealer offered a coupon, but would not allow it, as they stated they had already provided all discounts available, yet the itemization did not outline any. Be aware.

Very impressed with the can do attittude of J. J. Chevrolet. Michele Blasko and her Team. Do a great job sevicing my 2012 Chevy Cruze. I am very anal about my car. It looks like new. And I keep it that way. They respect my car&take thier time. So there are no scratches or greasey hand prints on my car. They do avery clean job. Like the way it should be done. You all are a Class Act. more

Extremely helpful 10/29/2013

Went in to buy a car but realized I should just get mine repaired and wait till I am in a better financial situation. The Salesman was Rick White and the Service Advisor was Steve Doman. Both of them were very knowledgeable and friendly. My vehicle was serviced and when I had to leave it overnight for the repairs to be completed, Steve Doman put me in a rental vehicle and Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet paid for the rental. more

The process of buying a car was so easy and Rick and the team made it great. I don't have the best credit and they were more than willing to find me the best deal. One of the salesman even brought my dog water. They won me over then. I love the car I chose and didn't feel pressured at all. I would highly recommend to friends, in fact I've told everyone at my work already. It was overall a very happy experience :) more

Steve my service advisor was super! Explained to me what was being done to my vehicle and what the print outs meant (ie any factory recalls) He even pointed out a blind spot my Equinox has that I wasn't really aware of. more

Everyone was awesome. From the minute I pulled into the parking lot, until I was driving away in my new car, everyone was cheerful and respectful. My salesman, Aaron Moore (I think the spelling is right) listened to me, and didn't try to change my mind. I am a hard customer, stubborn and know what I want, don't like pushy sales. Aaron understood and was awesome to work with. If you know what you want, Aaron is the go to guy. Give him a chance and he will WOW you as a salesman. great Job!!! more
