Warm, friendly counter man, car returned quickeer than I thought, fully serviced.

Worst

Dealer offered a coupon, but would not allow it, as they stated they had already provided all discounts available, yet the itemization did not outline any. Be aware.

It was a reasonable service visit. I don't know why the day I got home I received the note to: CHECK ENGINE, ELECTRONICS AND BATTERY PACK COOLANT • CHECK THE SEALANT AND COMPRESSOR KIT EXPIRATION It would make sense to do it when the car was there and save me the trip in. more

You know Glen not only helped me the 1st time, but he did it again with such finesse, that is rare. You just do not find People like that any more. He is so patient, he listened to my concerns and helped me with what I needed. I so appreciate his kindness and professionalism. He should teach a class on Good Customer Service that would help the Dealership sell even more cars. more
