My mother in law bought my daughter a dress there and after one wash (by hand) the seam started to fray. She took it back and exchanged it the exact same thing happened with the second dress. The first time I called I was told they set aside a replacement dress for me, the next time I called because I hadn't received the dress I was told that they had to ""ship all the out of season dresses back"" so it was gone and would get back to me with a solution. After not hearing anything again for a month I called back today only to be told ""there is nothing they could do"" since ""no one else ever had a problem with the dress"". I have asked my mother in law to never shop there again and I would recommend you do the same. Cute clothes but they fall apart after one wash and very bad customer service.
