Quick response time and great service...very professional! 10/14/2011

We had a clog in the kitchen drain and could not remove it ourselves. I called in the late morning and the technician was here in the early afternoon. Kevin was extremely professional and neat. He cleaned up after himself and explained what caused the problem and how to prevent it in the future. I would highly recommend both Kevin and Isley's! Thank you for the great service! more

Its very self-assuring knowing that a call to Isley for service will be handled by a "live" person....the response, technicians when they visit and the follow-thru and follow-up make Isley the BEST to call when in need for Heating, Air Conditioning and other fine services that they provide. more

I wouldn't go to anybody else! 10/14/2011

I liked Isley's Home Services so much that I brought them to this facility when we took over it. For the first facility, we had been using Isley's for three years and at this one, for about two. We've been using Isley's Home Services for about five years now. Isley's Home Services maintains our air conditioning. Stop shopping! I wouldn't go to anybody else! more

Water Treatment Systems Check-up 10/12/2011

After an unsatisfactory experience with another company, I called isley's. They were able to answer my general questions on the phone and schedule a same-day service call. George did some trouble-shooting and was able to rectify thed problem with the RO system. He then did a diagnostic check of the water softener components and gave me some suggestions on how to can clean the brine tank. I am quite impressed with isely's based on this initial service call. more

Inspection visit 10/12/11 10/12/2011

Just had our half yearly inspection. As usual first rate service. They called ahead as promised. Work done quickly and efficiently, all left as they found it. Have used Isleys for some time, would have no hesitation in recommending them. more

Fast and efficient 10/4/2011

Our A/C quit on Saturday night. We called early Sunday; John was at our house in less than an hour, assessed the problem and located a store that had the part we needed. Then, Mike replaced the part and we got our A/C back in few hours. Great work. more

Very happy with service 9/21/2011

Isleys replaced my water heater for a very fair price. I had called Parker and Son and received a quote of over $1250. Isleys did it for $900. It looks great and works fine. Thank you Isleys. more

Prompt, courteous, and professional. 9/13/2011

I have worked at this hotel since 1986, and Isley's Home Services has done the majority of the work we have had done. They did the air conditioners, some of the plumbing, and water heaters, and they always stand behind their products. They are also very prompt, courteous, and professional. Air conditioner went out. 8/30/2011

Called Friday at 2 p.m. John was there in about 2 hours and had the parts and quickly fixed the unit. A couple of hours later a completely unrelated problem happened with the air handler and John was there fist thing in the morning and got us up and running. John was very professional, knowledgeable and we are very grateful. Talia was terrific communicating with us the entire time. Thanks again! more

Air Conditioning Service 8/28/2011

A week ago Thursday night, our air went out. Our usual maintenance people didn't show until 1pm on Friday...after much hm-ha (It would take 10 days to get a new unit, etc.)...Friday night I phoned Isley's..They were at our house by 8:30 Sat...we had air by 2pm! John and Mike were the greatest! Unfortunately, our air went out again (fuse issue) yesterday late evening...Mike was here today by 9am...What wonderful service..Isley's is now our choice for all our plumbing, water softner, reverse osmosis, heating and air condition...What customer service...we appreciate you very much...and is so great for you that you have such caring, hard working, dedicated employees. Thanks to the young lady that answered the phone and reassuring me that someone would be out and we would get air...Thanks for all you do... more

Outstanding service 8/27/2011

I had Isley's check my a/c unit this a.m. and once again I am very satisfied with their service. They installed my unit five years ago and have been very eager to check on my system whenever I need it and always at my convenience. The technicians are great and keep you informed every step of the way. The office staff is terrific, also! more

So far great service (got a call back to see if everything was working okay - which was very nice. One problem - my air conditioner is not cooling effectively so it needs more work. Another appt. was made for me as soon as I was available to word out problem with air conditioner. more

The best thing is being able to tell cold call companies that annoyingly call my home, "we already have a air conditioning company that we are quite satisfied with and always offers us the best deal" it is a pleasure to work with Isley's for all of our heating, cooling and plumbing needs. more

I've used them for years on multiple properties that I have. They've repaired and maintained existing heating and air conditioning units. Honest detailed communication. 8/7/2011

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the service John provided. He was totally professional, personable, and above all honest. He got my AC going Saturday early evening and indicated he would need to come back and install a component needed for the unit to function entirely as it should and he would call me to let me know how much it would cost. I paid the bill, which was less than I expected, and in the course of double checking his work he noticed a wire that was making the component malfunction. He fixed the wire and I did not need the component afterall. Many other companies would have sold me the uneeded component anyway. I appreciate the honesty, integrity, and excellent service provided by John and "isley's Home Service, Inc." more

I have been with Isley's for YEARS now and have always had a very positive experience. The Technicians are very knowledgabe, friendly and always get the job done! The girls in the office are great!
