Efficient and knowledgeable 5/14/2014

Isley's Home Service is very dependable. John, the technician that usually comes to do the repairs, is very knowledgeable and polite. The last repair that he did was for our air conditioner. He always shows up on time and gives us helpful tips on how to care for our home. The prices are fair and I like John's attitude and workmanship. I'd definitely recommend them. more

The installers were wonderful to work with 2/12/2014

Isley's Home Service was the least expensive and the most responsive in terms of their solutions to my home project. The proposal stage was outstanding for transparency and clarity. The project was a difficult one but it wasn't Isley's fault, it's just the way my condo was built. The AC system was reaching the end of it's serviceable lifetime and my condo had been designed with smaller supply and return ducts than it really needed. That's where the difficulty came in. Isley's had to build a new return duct and it was a messy exercise with design and construction issues. It was necessary though and I appreciate them working with me in trying to remedy a defect that the previous owners lived with for a long time. I put in new equipment which is much more efficient than the old stuff that came out so I expect the savings are going to be real. Right now I'll just wait and see. more

Call Isley's! You won't be disappointed! 2/4/2014

Isley's Home Service, Inc. moved a gas pipe from an interior wall to the outside. I called them on a recommendation from a neighbor who had used them and was very happy with the experience. The guys were personable and on time. They kept in touch about the schedule, and they called when they were on their way. It was an overall good experience! more

Isley's Home Service was really quick in addressing my problem. They came out a few different times and gave lots of options to work off in fixing what I needed to fix. They made me feel comfortable that they were recommending the best solution for me. I didn't really know what they were doing but they walked through everything with me to make sure I understood. Recently, I had a geyser erupt in my front lawn. They came out to help me with no problem. Nobody complained because it was a Sunday or anything. They just came out and fixed it, and the price was good. I've always had very fast service. They never leave me waiting very long, in fact that is why I went to them. Isley's always has someone out very quickly. more
