I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the service John provided. He was totally professional, personable, and above all honest.
He got my AC going Saturday early evening and indicated he would need to come back and install a component needed for the unit to function entirely as it should and he would call me to let me know how much it would cost.
I paid the bill, which was less than I expected, and in the course of double checking his work he noticed a wire that was making the component malfunction. He fixed the wire and I did not need the component afterall.
Many other companies would have sold me the uneeded component anyway. I appreciate the honesty, integrity, and excellent service provided by John and "isley's Home Service, Inc."
