A week ago Thursday night, our air went out. Our usual maintenance people didn't show until 1pm on Friday...after much hm-ha (It would take 10 days to get a new unit, etc.)...Friday night I phoned Isley's..They were at our house by 8:30 Sat...we had air by 2pm! John and Mike were the greatest! Unfortunately, our air went out again (fuse issue) yesterday late evening...Mike was here today by 9am...What wonderful service..Isley's is now our choice for all our plumbing, water softner, reverse osmosis, heating and air condition...What customer service...we appreciate you very much...and is so great for you that you have such caring, hard working, dedicated employees. Thanks to the young lady that answered the phone and reassuring me that someone would be out and we would get air...Thanks for all you do...
