Terrible technition 9/29/2012

First my fan was bad. Then maybe it was a condenser...he had no idea what he was doing. Finally settled on low freon. All the while trying to get me to buy a complete new system. System went out again less than 24 hours after his "repair". Avoid these guys at all costs. more

Pleased with Isley's. 8/24/2012

On the recommendation from a trusted friend, I contacted Isley's. I knew I needed a new heatpump and handler and based on my meeting with John and Derek from Isley's, I chose them to do the job. My overall experience from start to finish was a good one. I definitely would use this company again. more

Isley's. Please be honest! 7/12/2012

I called Isley's Friday to fix my air conditioner. The repair lasted for four days. I/m expecting Isley's to come again tomorrow. I have a freon leak that the technician failed to repair. I'm hoping he will be honest and repair the leak. He tried to sell me a new unit for $$$$ (not to happy with that as I just need the leak repaired). I will respond with future feedback after my experience with the technician after today's visit. I hope the tecnician will be honest and helpful. more

Friendly and professional! 5/25/2012

The people at Isley's Home Services were professional and did the job. I don't feel like they were overpriced. I had used another company but I wasn't satisfied with the results. I got a hold of Isley's Home Services through the phone book, by accident, actually. I highly recommend them! They're very trustworthy and professional. more

John did and excellent job performing the Isley's TLC service. He was very careful when entering the house with the ladder to access the air handling units in the attic. He cleaned the coils on the outside units thoroghly and put the hose back where it belonged. I have always liked Isley's service and their staff. more

Great Install on A/C 5/4/2012

My HVAC system was nearing 19 years old, but still working. I decided now was the time to replace it, because of its age, reliability, and lower efficiency. I called Isley's as I used them once before, years ago. John came to the house inspected the system and gave me two options based on my price range and the SEER rating I wanted. He explained the two systems and I chose the one I thought would best suit my needs. Mike came to do the installation (in one day)and what an excellent job he did. I watched the total install and could tell he was a true professional at his job. He also evaluated my air returns to insure it was correct. New Honeywell thermostat and return register were also installed. Also evaluated the insulation in the attic (need more) and checked all duct work. Recommendations were made, but no pressure to complete other work. They met all my expectations; when calling with questions or returning calls promply and always on time. What a great company and I'm completely satisfied. I will recommend Isley's to anyone. more

Disappointed in the company. 5/4/2012

My mom is 90 years old, elderly and lives alone. I feel that Isley's Home Services really took advantage of her. He came in and did things that didn't need to be done, mostly having to do with plumbing. My brother is in construction, and she should have called him first, but she can sometimes be stubborn. My mother gets $1000 a month from Social Security to live on, and he took $500 from her for things that didn't need to be fixed. That's half of her only income. I just feel really disappointed in a company that goes into an elderly woman's home and takes advantage like that. Pearl F. & Virginia G. more

Heating/airconditioning 3/23/2012

Our heat went out in January. I was pleased with the immediate response and honesty of our quote. We had to replace our whole unit, and the techs who did it were very courteous, knowledgeable, and did the work in a timely fashion. We THANK YOU all. more

Superior service !! 3/13/2012

Kevin was on time as promised, and thorough and efficient in providing our springtime AC checkup. He did a very neat and quick job of installing our new kitchen faucet,showed us how to work it effectively, AND hooked up the hot/cold water hoses on our new dishwasher! The hoses had been installed incorrectly, and we had no way of knowing that was why our dishes didn't always come out as clean as they should have. Many thanks, Kevin...and many thanks Isley's. more

Isley's has the greatest employees 1/16/2012

I had a problem with a kitchen faucet that leaked. I called Isley's and George was on time and went right to work and replaced my old one with a new one. Awesome Job. Thanks so much. more

Awesome 1/2/2012

Michael came out and told me exactly what I needed to get down to stop my new furnace from coming on every 30 seconds throughout the night. I was a little worried when he said my air flow was not enough and he would need to cut another vent into my hallway to increase the airflow to the furnace. It was completed and then I had the insulation put in the attic and it really did make a difference. Thanks so much for Michael's knowledge in this field as I had to put my trust in his expertise and I wasn't sorry. more

The replacement of a new faucet sprayer and the reversal of the cold and hot water lines was done quickly and well. The leak from the toilet in the guest bathroom was also taken care of quickly and efficiently. more

Kevin the tech who handled my plumbing problem knows his stuff. He also works on my air conditioning check up. I can say nothing but the best about Kevin and Isley's.
