Indian Motorcycle Peoria

I'm retired, traveling in my Motorhome, and I recently decided to buy a new motorcycle when I got to Phoenix for the winter. Upon my arrival to the Ridenow Powersports Peoria Location, I was amazed to see how large their showroom was, and I was very happy to see that they had every brand and model motorcycle that I wanted to look at on their showroom floor. I was soon greeted by David (Sales) who answered all of my questions. After I made my decision (Honda CRF250L) David introduced me to Pete, who handles all of the purchase paperwork. Finally, I was off to see Dave (in the service dept.) for the orientation of my new bike. All of this took less than 2 hours ... which covinced me that I was buying from a Corporation with employees that are very well trained and highly organized, which is MY KIND OF PLACE! After ten years of riding a Harley I decided to try something different, a Victory. RideNow Powersports in Peoria has the largest selection of motorcycles I have ever seen in Arizona. The staff is very knowledgeable and at one time I had four staff members helping me and answering all my questions. While they didn't have a demo bike for me to ride, one of the staff offered me his own bike to ride. I purchased a 2014 Cross Country Tour 15th Anniversary Edition and couldn't be happier with both the bike and the deal. Nick Vincent in sales and Bryon Brown in Finance were both great. We have been wanting a Can-Am Spyder for about 2 years. We did all our research on line and decided it was time to go to dealerships. We went to the first one RideNow in Peoria with the ad we had in hand. As we were looking at the Can-Am's a man approached us and asked if he could help -he was Jason - the Asst Manager. He was very helpful - answered all our questions and then had Robert the Sales guy help us further. There was another dealer with the same year/model for a lower price and Jason and Robert were able to match the price. Wow! so helpful and the lowest prices. We worked with Joe in parts to pick out all our gear for our new bike - he was very patient and helpful. Then Bryon the finance manager helped us with the paperwork and deciding which programs to purchase for the bike to keep it perfect.\r \r All these guys were professional, helpful, friendly - I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for any ""toys"" bikes, trikes, AV, gear, carts - it is also the largest showroom in the WEST. Just bought a pre-owned Jet ski from the Internet department, drove all the way down from Lake Havasu. Jacob was very good at answering my questions and updating me. When I arrived to Ridenow peoria (5 hour trip) I met with Rick Mace who finished everything up for me and helped me load my new Sea-Doo RX on my trailer. Thanks Ridenow more

saved my day! I was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire on a Saturday no less. After callin a couple tow trucks (that were one to two hours hours out). I decided to call metro. I was fortunate to find that not only did they have my tire in stock but they could send a truck and pick me up too. I was 15 minutes and the service guy showed up with a trailer and loaded my bike up for me. After I got to the shop they got my bike right on the lift and a short time after that they had me on my bike and up the road. By far the service department exceeded all expectations! more

My experience is with Ridenow Motorsports in Goodyear and I my experience with them is also Horrible. They placed the wrong oil filter on my oil relocation kit which caused catastrophic engine failure. I even told them my oil relocation kit requires a proprietary oil filter, they told me they have done hundreds of oil changes and they knew what they were doing. After I picked up my bike, I noticed the new oil filter was approximately half the size and I pointed this out to them. They explained the oil change and oil filter was done properly. I figure they are the experts and knew what they were doing...think again. A few days later, during a trip to Vegas, approximately 75 miles from Kingman, my engine blew due to Ridenow placed the incorrect oil filter. I had to pay for the tow and car rental. I talked to service manager at Ridenow, after my explanation, he admitted to them putting on the wrong oil filter and they would pickup my bike at Kingman and will do the right thing by fixing m more

I was on my way out of town when I had discovered that my bike was not starting. I took my Kawasaki Terryx into Metro Motorsports service center to diag the problem. The CDI was found to be bad due to crossing up charging cables. The part not being in stock meant a failed trip planned until the store manager came to the rescue taking a new CDI out of a new Terryx. I will always recommend Metro Motorsports... more

I recently purchased a Scorpio alarm system from Metro Motorsports. The sales person gave me a good deal and I felt that I would continue to purchase my products from them, as I have in the past.\r After reading the instructions I felt that the installation was simple and it said it would take less than an hour. However, I am not mechanically inclined and felt it would be easier to have Metro Motorsports do it. I was willing to pay a reasonable price. Service indicated it would take 3 hours. I informed them that the instructions indicated it would take less then an hour. Their reply, It would take 2 hours and they wanted to charge 20% above the cost of the actual product to install. Don't buy your bike here, and definitely don't use the service department. I made that mistake by buying my quad from them, then using them for my first scheduled service. The first service called for adjusting the valves. I marked the bolts to make sure they actually got in there and did the work. Of course, the bolts were never touched, and they claimed they did do the adjustment. I called them on it, and got my money back. Avoid them. more

Get ready to play the beat them down routine if you are going to buy a bike here. The worst sales gimmicks from any bike shop Ive been in. I bought my ZX-14 Ninja elsewhere without the doc fees, maintenance fees, gullible fees, we got your business fees, your an idiot fees. ETC. You get the point.\r \r From someone who's been in sales for almost 30 years I got their game in the first 10 seconds. After I called them on it, they pretended to be ignorant of course and got pissed at me for telling them what they were doing. \r \r The only reason this shop got 2 stars from me was because of the different service i received from the parts department. \r \r Buy your bike elsewhere, just go to Metro to look at them and get accessories. Unless of course you want to pay up the ying yang for the same bike you can get elsewhere ,without the hassle and games, for much less.\r \r Even if they don't loose anyone's business for this post they at least lost the 10 grand I gave for my Ninja more

They called me when they saw my bike advertised for sale on Craigslist. Said he needed good used bikes for inventory and wanted to buy mine. Said he would pay me my asking price if I brought it in. Guess what - his whole story changed when I got there. Wasted 2 hours of my time driving there and back.\r \r Be aware of their poor business ethics! more

Buying a motorcycle here is just like buying a car at a car dealer. Same kind of sales people, same sort of intelligence-insulting games. As a matter of fact, Metro is owned by a car dealer--so what do you expect?\r \r However, the parts department here is quite good. Always great service. 4.5 stars for parts and service. 2 stars for sales.\r \r I go to Metro for oil, parts and protective gear--I don't go here for new bikes.\r \r Never had any service performed here so cannot comment. This store is great. They have all kinds of motorcycles, dirt bikes, ATV's and more. They have everything you will need for riding your bike. The prices are reasonable and the staff is great. They helped me find just what I needed when I started riding my dirtbike from helmet right down to the boots. I was very satisfied with this store and would recommend it for you too.
