saved my day! I was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire on a Saturday no less. After callin a couple tow trucks (that were one to two hours hours out). I decided to call metro. I was fortunate to find that not only did they have my tire in stock but they could send a truck and pick me up too. I was 15 minutes and the service guy showed up with a trailer and loaded my bike up for me. After I got to the shop they got my bike right on the lift and a short time after that they had me on my bike and up the road. By far the service department exceeded all expectations!
