Don't buy your bike here, and definitely don't use the service department. I made that mistake by buying my quad from them, then using them for my first scheduled service. The first service called for adjusting the valves. I marked the bolts to make sure they actually got in there and did the work. Of course, the bolts were never touched, and they claimed they did do the adjustment. I called them on it, and got my money back. Avoid them.
