My experience is with Ridenow Motorsports in Goodyear and I my experience with them is also Horrible. They placed the wrong oil filter on my oil relocation kit which caused catastrophic engine failure. I even told them my oil relocation kit requires a proprietary oil filter, they told me they have done hundreds of oil changes and they knew what they were doing. After I picked up my bike, I noticed the new oil filter was approximately half the size and I pointed this out to them. They explained the oil change and oil filter was done properly. I figure they are the experts and knew what they were doing...think again. A few days later, during a trip to Vegas, approximately 75 miles from Kingman, my engine blew due to Ridenow placed the incorrect oil filter. I had to pay for the tow and car rental. I talked to service manager at Ridenow, after my explanation, he admitted to them putting on the wrong oil filter and they would pickup my bike at Kingman and will do the right thing by fixing m
