Overall, the experience was less than satisfactory. Although I received a 20% discount--I was charged more for the hair color experience than originally expected, which really negates the 20% discount. Hairstlist is always rushed. Ihloff is not interesting in making the experience pleasant- but is interested in getting as many individuals in and out of the chair as possible.
