May seem petty, but we spent over $2000.00 on parts and labor and I asked before the work was performed to keep all the old parts. Wanted to see the condition of the old timing belt that was replaced among other things. She(service writer) even wrote the request on the ticket for the mechanic. When I went to pay and asked if they kept the old parts.....nope, wasn't done. She asked if they could see about scrounging the old parts out of the trash, but I declined, as who is to say they where from my car. Other than that everything else seemed okay and will probably use them again. They did give a military discount which was nice and appreciated. So a four star rating
