Fast & Good Service Even in Frigid Weather! 1/16/2012

The technician, Mike, arrived on time and quickly provided all options and pricing. Despite the freezing temperatures in January, he completed the work in a timely fashion. Absolutely no problems at any level. Price well worth the product and service. more

I hit my garage door. Found Girard's in the yellow pages. I am glad I did. 1/13/2012

Great Service & Response Time 1/12/2012

I needed service and repair - I called another service provider and was told it would take over a week to get out to me unless I wanted to pay "emergency" fees. Girard's was able to dispatch James to me the very same day - within hours. And fees quoted were less than those of the provider that couldn't fit me in. James was very polite and took the time to explain the issue he saw, what options I had and the associated costs. He also explained all the other parts of my door, what they did and what I should expect in terms of their life expectancy - no upsale as most other parts we were looking at should be good for 3-5 more years. more

James did an excellent job, immediately recognized the problem, and suggested the most effective way to address it. 1/11/2012

James arrived on time - right in the center of the appointment window. Asked me to operate the garage door opener, and immediately identified that the gearing had been stripped. He pointed out that the reason the gears had been stripped was likely due to the rollers and the drag they were causing. I approved the service which he promptly handled and following it's completion he walked me through the repair and also highlighted 2 areas - install a surge protector to protect the circuitry and when we do decide to replace the door in the future he advised that we should re-use the rollers to save on the installation costs. more

Our service representative was James and he was excellent. He called to give an estimated time of arrival and was on time. When he arrived he gave a full explanation of the problem and two options to choose for repair. He completed the job timely and was very courteous. He even went to the extent to try to help me fix the remote for the door. I would recommend Girard's Garage Door Services. Thank you more

I called at about 3 PM and James arrivede a little after 4 PM. The fast service for a new customer was a pleasure. The technician reviewed my door situation and told me there were three options for repair. He was straight forward and did not try to "hard sell" the choices. His explaination lead me to agree to have all three repairs completed. He worked quickly, and cleanly. I asked him aboout a complete door replacement and was given choices, explaination of types of doors and a quote for the one he recommended. We will definetly use Girard for our new door. more

Total service was excellent. You guys came out the same day my garage door broke. When Mike showed up, he was professional, courteous, and experienced. The job was completed in an hr and was back in working order. I was very happy with Mike and the service he provided. more

Called at 8:15 and had Mike at my door at 9:45! He was clear in his explanations and recommendations and very efficient. So much more responsive than another service we'd been using. Will definitely use again!!! more

Broken Garage Door 1/6/2012

Great response, service and very reliable. Have had them out a few times and every service has been above my expectation. This time my coil snapped and it was under warranty. Wish all services were this easy and customer oriented. Thanks. more
