Great service 4/16/2012

Garage door spring broke in the morning. I called and was told that someone would be out between 2 and 4. Mike showed up promptly at 2:00. He did a great job with an overhaul of the door with the new spring. Nice technician, very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend. more

I would highly recommends Girard's Garage Door Service. They came out the next - and arrived exactly when they told me they would. Blair, my technician was great! He was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Girard's, and would recommend Blair in particular. more

Spring broke at garage door would not open 4/12/2012

I needed fast service in order to get my car out of the garage so i could go to work. I called 2 other garage door repair companies and they could not come out the same day. Girards was able to come out within approx 2 hours of my call and fixed the problem in approx 1 hour. Technician was knowledgable, polite and explained what had to be done and gave some other suggestions to help prevent future damage and repairs. Excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend them to others! more

Great experience with Girards! Service professional, Mike, called to give an estimated arrival time - and arrived promptly as stated. After diagnosing the problem, worked quickly to replace parts and gave a thorough overview of many forgotten safety features! Would certainly recommend to family/friends in need of garage door repairs! more

Professional and highly customer oriented 4/6/2012

The tension spring broke, as they do over time, and the garage door wouldn't operate. The service technician, James, from Girard came out promptly the same day right on time as they promised. He was very knowledgeable and explained the spring replacement process. Apparently, the original spring installed by the previous homeowner was not the proper spring. He identified the issue and installed the correct spring performing a quality job. more

I had a garage door emergency the other day and called Girards. They arrived in a little over a hour and quickly replaced the broken part, plus suggested other repairs to both doors to avoid future problems. Blair was terrific! Overall , so pleased with the service!!! more

Serviceman was onetime and explained everything 3/28/2012

Blair was great. He explained what was working and not working with the two door openers and offered solutions. He gave me pricing and allowed me to decide what I wanted done. I would definitely call them again! more

Mike & Vince were very professional & courteous!!! They explained everything along the way and even repaired an incorrectly installed spring & pulleys!!! They made quick work of installing our 3 new door openers and their work is exceptional!!!! They even programmed the home link in our vehicles, I would highly recommend Girards to anyone & ask for Mike & Vince - you won't be disappointed!! Thanks guys!! more

Quick service. No pressure. Didn't break the bank to fix!! 3/22/2012

I called at about 8am and the were here by 9:05. Now that is service! They sent out Mike. He knew exactly what he was doing and he gave me 2 options and explained them both. He didn't try to make the "quick buck". I liked that! I felt like I trusted him completely. That doesn't happen often. He fixed it in about an hour, probably less but I was asking other questions on the other door and he was very willing to answer and explain. He tested the doors,reset them to match when they opened and explained the features I already had with them. I will refer you guys! more
