Superior quality, great price, quick service 3/15/2012

My garage spring broke about 7 pm one evening, making a loud noise. I called and found a manager still at work at 7 pm. They sent a repairman out first thing next morning, Mike, who provided superior service, who communicated clearly, who was good with customers and who finished the job timely. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of service I received. more

Appreciated the quick response to our needs - a broken spring. I had left a note for the technician to check all of the other springs for wear. When the technician arrived, he gave us an estimate for the one repair and a recommendation (with the price)to replace all of the hardware. We decided to take his recommendation since we had no idea when the equipment had last been checked/repaired. In less than 24 hrs. after we called to schedule the work, it was complete. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, personable and efficient. more

Very fast service, knowledgeable technicians 3/4/2012

I have used Girards Garage Door Services twice and both times I have received fast service. Within an hour after I called they were at my door and the parts I needed both times were available on their vehicles. My door was fixed within 45 min. The technicians Blair was very knowledgeable, he took his time to explain what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. He was very patient with all the questions I had. I have their business stick right over my garage door opener in the event I ever need their services. I would defiantly recommend Girards Garage Door Services for any of your garage door repairs. more

Extremely pleased 2/25/2012

I called at 2:30 p.m. and Mike phoned ahead with a time of arrival at 3:45 p.m. and he was on time. Mike was very thorough with explaining why the garage door had to be replaced and gave me different options for the replacement. Mike came back two days later and installed the present door. Mike was very professional, polite, and neat with his work. I will recommend Girard's Garaage Door Services to anyone in need of excellent service. more
