I called at about 3 PM and James arrivede a little after 4 PM. The fast service for a new customer was a pleasure. The technician reviewed my door situation and told me there were three options for repair. He was straight forward and did not try to "hard sell" the choices. His explaination lead me to agree to have all three repairs completed. He worked quickly, and cleanly. I asked him aboout a complete door replacement and was given choices, explaination of types of doors and a quote for the one he recommended. We will definetly use Girard for our new door.
