I needed service and repair - I called another service provider and was told it would take over a week to get out to me unless I wanted to pay "emergency" fees. Girard's was able to dispatch James to me the very same day - within hours. And fees quoted were less than those of the provider that couldn't fit me in. James was very polite and took the time to explain the issue he saw, what options I had and the associated costs. He also explained all the other parts of my door, what they did and what I should expect in terms of their life expectancy - no upsale as most other parts we were looking at should be good for 3-5 more years.
