Repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time. Our service person (James) was on time, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained what needed to be done and the cost for the repairs. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. more

Great service 12/16/2011

I called mid morning to request service for both garage doors(I also needed new remotes). Expected to get an appointment for sometime next week. We were promised a visit between 3-5 pm for the same day. Could not believe the total job was completed by 4:30! I was totally pleased with the work performed by James. He was very courteous and efficient. more

Excellent service 12/10/2011

I called for service in the afternoon and I had a new garage opener installed before 7PM. I couldn't have been happier with the service. The woman answering the phone told me when to expect the service call and then called back to let me know the service would be delayed. Shem was very personable and explained everything satisfactorily at a level I understood. He answered all questions I had. He recommended safety feature which I didn't know was available or necessary. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who is in need of a garage door opener. more

I needed my garage door fixed after another company would not honor their commitment and wanted me to wait another week. GDS not only came through and was able to fix my door on my only day off but even rearranged schedules to get me int eh first thing in the morning so I could use the rest of my day to run errands. The repairman was courteous and the service was AWESOME! Will recommend over and over again! more

Blair arrived on time, had the necessary parts to complete the repairs after one of the old torsion springs broke unexpectedly. Blair also inspected the entire door opening system to ensure continued and safe operation. Finally, Blair was patient answering my questions in a professional manner. more
