Galpin Honda

My wife and I went to Galpin Honda looking for a Ford Focus. I know it sounds weird, but we found it on the web and we went to see it. Joe Mitchell was very nice to us and very professional. He took care of us from the moment we arrived. Even if he didn't know Ford as much as he knows Honda he still managed to answer every single question about the car. Also all the other salesman that we crossed words were very kind and always willing to help and they were patience. We are very happy with our decision and we definitely recommend Galpin Honda and Joe Mitchell. more

I just bought the car that I really wanted. I can only refer Joe Mitchell as a trustworthy, friendly and easy to work with salesman. Over the course of 1 week Joe followed up with me to make a deal happen for a used car that had all the features I wanted (a 2012 Honda Odyssey). I was always offered but never pressured into buying any additional features or services - which I appreciate very much. Joe was also accommodating to go on two separate test drives with me (and even picking up my driver's license which I had left not far from the dealership). I am very satisfied with the salesmanship that I received from Sam Danho at Galpin Honda in Mission Hills, CA. From the moment I arrived at the dealership until I concluded my purchase of a new 2014 Honda CR-V, I received Sam's total attention and care. \r \r Sam went to bat for me in negotiating the price with his manager on my behalf. I used to ""flip"" cars and am familiar with the techniques car salespeople and dealerships use to maximize their profits. When we needed a new car I dreaded encountering their smarmy BS and at the first two dealerships, a Honda dealership in Woodland Hills and a Glendale Kia dealership, encounter it we did. A friend who had just bought a Honda Fit recommended Galpin Honda. We were pleasantly surprised! Our salesman Oscar Rodriguez was great! There was no pressure; he let us drive several models and seemed to sincerely want us to find the right car for us. We had done our homework and had an idea of the financing we wanted and price we were willing to pay. Oscar had to go back and forth to the financing dept. a few times during the negotiations - we appreciated his patience and helpfulness. He even insisted on coming back the next day (his day off) to meet us when we picked up the car. We really enjoyed doing business with him and highly recommend him. more

I flew into LAX and then took a bus from there to the closest hub to the dealership. Tabitha Pennington was there to pick me up. Within a few hours she helped me pick out a car, negotiate lease terms, told off the insurance agent that was trying to stiff me, and got me a much better rate online. I went to Galpin Honda at Mission Hills to buy a car with my uncle and right away the employees were very kind and helpful. They have great costumer service and awesome new and used vehicles. I was helped by this employee named ""Yusuf Fuad"". He not only kept us well informed and entertained but he also kept us well served. Go to Galpin Honda and ask for Gee.\r I went to Galpin Honda and I wasn't really expecting to leave the store with a new car in the same day. My opinion changed when I was assisted by Gee. He made everything possible for me, made things easier and I had the pleasure of purchasing a brand new Honda Civic with him and I left the store driving my new car in a couple hours later. Being a previous buyer from Galpin, we knew what to expect before even visiting the dealership. We were under a little bit of time pressure and so got a few quotes from other neighborhood dealerships. One dealership we visited before going to Galpin lured us in with 'yeah we'll match it', but once we got there, asked us if we expect to get $4000 worth of accessories for free.... We were pleasantly surprised by the contrasting level of customer service at Galpin and Yvonne De Young's (our salesperson) efforts to make sure we got the exact car we wanted at the price we were comfortable in. I recently leased a new 2013 Honda Civic Sedan from Galpin Honda. Galpin Honda in Mission Hills is the biggest and simply an amazing dealership I had ever visited. My sales representative was Martin Teymouri and he is the most understanding and a kind hearted person. He explained everything that I needed for my car and recommended what can be a better deal for me. My finance manager was Steve Omar and he never pushed me into making a deal because he was very considerate on how much I wanted to spend on my car. I would give Galpin Honda 5 out of 5 because the customer service was excellent and my experience was wonderful. Tabitha Pennington - you're a rock star!!! She needs to go and give lessons on how to be a good car saleswoman. She's attentive to detail, nurturing, and sharp as a knife. This year, over Thanksgiving weekend, I saw an ad running about the Honda Holidays. I sent her a text at 9 pm. She responds!!! The next day I went in, and she had 2 print-outs of the great deals going, and in less than 2 hours, I was driving my new car out the door.\r AND, the car came with free oil changes and a year's worth of GuidePoint tracking!!!\r \r I go to this place because Tabitha always gives me the BEST deals. I went in there a little nervous because I didnt know what I was going to do.
