Read the reviews about Internet ""bait and Switch"" so I was skeptical at first. Well I am now a believer!!! I purchased a 2008 Honda Accord and was delivered EXACTLY what I was promised. They were the lowest price amongst my 4 bid requests and I was very pleasently surprised to find a simple no nonense purchase experience once I arrived at the dealership. I recently purchased a 2013 Honda Civic Ex for my daughter from our sales representative gilbert jord that answer the phone when we called on the weekend. They did a great job accomadating our needs. They had the exact car we needed in their inventory. The staff went out of its way to meet all of our needs. I chose to purchase the car in this location due to the good pricing of the car. I found the pricing to be very competitive which made the drive from couple of miles not a problem. more

If you are looking for a new car then you have to stop by and visit Galpin Honda. The dealer Chris Sandoval worked really hard to get me the best deal possible. Both my sister and brother purchased their cars here (new Civic and a certified used Element) they said we had to check out this dealership because it was fantastic. Yusuf was recommended and he was great. Yusuf was attentive and not pushy at all. He listened to our wants and needs and was extremely patient with me because I am picky and super indecisive. He made us feel like he was genuinely concerned with our happiness and didn't try to pressure us into buying. We've been to so many dealerships and this one was the only one that treated us like people and not like dollar signs. We did end up purchasing our new CR-V at the lowest price we've seen with all of our shopping around. I am notorious for buyer's remorse, but I am so in love with my new car. Yusuf is awesome and when you go to this dealership ask for him by name, you won't be disappointed!\r \r The dealership itself is huge and there are so many cars on the lot. It is also in a perfect location for test driving because it is right off the freeway so you can hop on and hop off of it when going for a test drive, which was really important to me because I have to commute to work. I have recently visited galpin honda as my friends all went and bought from there and so highly recomended Brooklyn Maaliki and Galpin for their service. But when I got there i was about an hour and a half ealry for my appointment. I didnt know that brooklyn was coming in on his day off. I bought the car just two days later and i was very happy with Brooklyn. i must have went to every dealer but if it was not for him coming to pick me up from work and and spending time with me to show me the car and give me respect then he would be just like the other sales guys in the other dealer. Went in to look at some cars with my husband after work last week and as we got out of our car we were greated and helped by Michael Fogelman who found us exactly what we were looking for. Galpin Honda is a really bright and fun filled dealership. The staff is amazing! They really make you feel comfortable and always great you with a smile and make you feel good just for coming in. I was assisted by Alen Bagdasaryan [Honda match maker] from the Internet Sales Team but I think you can reach him directly by just asking for him. He is a very patient person who simplifies the decision by asking you questions that you didn't even consider asking about but for some reason you knew that it was in the back of your mind and he offers you different solutions which makes buying the car you want one of the most amazing easy decisions you will make!
