I went to Norm Reeves in Cerritos looking for a Honda to replace my Toyota highlander. I walked the lot for a few minutes and was finally asked if I was ready to buy a car right now. Not even an introduction before trying to sell me a car I told the guy I was just looking and he walked away. I made my way to my car and left. Next I called Galpin Honda and my sales person: Gilbert J who politely answer, I could sense he was honest person and very motivated on selling a vehicle I really liked what I heard over the phone and drove my family to Galpin Honda. A much better start to a sales presentation. When I showed up to the dealer I didn't had an idea they had a so large selection, gilbert showed us different models that I might like. I decided on the Pilot. The whole process was smooth and for the most part, comfortable. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a Honda. The dealership is clean and easy and flexible on deals. more

In 2011, I purchased my first new car (2011 Element) from Tabitha Pennington at Galpin Honda in Mission Hills. The experience was wonderful. She is both a combination of professionalism & friendliness. Upon my recent visit (November 2013) for a scheduled maintenance for my Element, Tabitha came to me with an amazing trade in offer to upgrade to a 2014 CR-V. Because we had kept in touch over the past 2 years, she knew that my life was changing in exciting ways (I'm getting married! & moving cross country). Her suggestion for the upgrade was perfect! And I couldn't imagine buying a car from anyone else. She truly made the process seamless & easy. She filled out all of the paperwork for me, cleaned out my old car and put my belongings in the new car, checked in with me while I was in Financing. Since then, I have spoken with her twice. Galpin Honda has the best customer service ! They went above and beyond there call of duty. My car purchase was a great experienced. I got to sit and do paperwork with Tabitha , she was supportive , helpful and very understanding that this was a big purchase and that I had a lot of questions about everything! I was there the better part of the day, I had not eaten, and I got a great coffee and snack, but most off all Tabithas support, assistance made the whole experience a great one!!All of my needs were takin care of! I love my new 2013 Honda Civic and feel that Galpin Honda was the best choice for me. Galpin Honda Mission Hills is the place to go! This is a great dealership and I would recommend this to anyone. The staff is always friendly and on top of their game. They are always finding ways to help you find and get the car you want, I really trust them. If you plan on going, I recommend going and setting up a meeting with Fernando Espinoza, I've known him for over 4 years and have always walked out of Galpin Honda knowing that I've been helped and walked out very satisfied and happy with my purchase. Great service and as fast as humanly possible without being careless. Joe Mitchell was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We had done a ton of online research but there was no substitute for inspecting the car in person. Joe gave us all the answers we sought and the space to look and discuss on our own. We had one night away from the kids to get the deal done and time was precious. We looked, liked, negotiated, and closed within a lightning fast schedule and really appreciated the comfortable buying environment at Galpin. I had a very good buying experience at this dealership. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I was looking for a large vehicle that could hold 7-8 people. My salesman Joe Mitchell greeted me and my family at the front door and he helped us find a used car that we could all fit in. We were even able to bring the booster seats for the kids just to make sure everything was a correct fit during the test drive. Upon finishing our test drive Joe Mitchell blessed us with some refreshments and helped me iron out the paper work for the vehicle which included KBB information and a Carfax report. Once I had my car, I sped off to work not realizing that I was missing an interior component of the car. I just called up Joe and he had me bring the car in to service. The service guys replaced the component without issue and I didn’t have to pay anything. Thanks to Joe Mitchell for being easy to understand and selling me such a fine ride. Also, special thanks to Galpin Salesman Alex whom I met when I was at the dealership checking out a Yukon. He was the first guy that I met there and he referred me to Joe. more

Just got a new Accord from here and I have to thank my salesman Chris Sandoval. He made the process of buying a car very smooth with no games, great price, awesome customer service, and easy going. But in this case, I'm telling you straight up: Galpin Honda was the nicest, most accommodating dealer I dealt with when purchasing my 2013 civic. \r \r I dealt with three people: Yusuf, Pete, and Art. Art and I only briefly spoke because he was the finance guy and walked me through all the possible add-ons and warranties and whatnot, finalized the paperwork. He offered me the services without being aggressive, and he respected the decisions I made.\r \r Yusuf was the salesman I first met when I came in to test drive. The opposite of the stereotypical car salesman. Friendly, but not IN YOUR FACE. Knowledgeable, but casual. He just let me guide the process and didn't make me feel pressured. I understand that some people need more guidance and need someone to really hold their hand. I'm not that buyer. I'm researched and I know exactly what I want. He understood and respected this.\r \r Most importantly, they were able to offer me the best price. While there were some other Honda dealers in the area that were competitive as well, Yusuf didn't want to lose my sale and he did everything he could to work with me.
