I used to ""flip"" cars and am familiar with the techniques car salespeople and dealerships use to maximize their profits. When we needed a new car I dreaded encountering their smarmy BS and at the first two dealerships, a Honda dealership in Woodland Hills and a Glendale Kia dealership, encounter it we did. A friend who had just bought a Honda Fit recommended Galpin Honda. We were pleasantly surprised! Our salesman Oscar Rodriguez was great! There was no pressure; he let us drive several models and seemed to sincerely want us to find the right car for us. We had done our homework and had an idea of the financing we wanted and price we were willing to pay. Oscar had to go back and forth to the financing dept. a few times during the negotiations - we appreciated his patience and helpfulness. He even insisted on coming back the next day (his day off) to meet us when we picked up the car. We really enjoyed doing business with him and highly recommend him.
