I just bought the car that I really wanted. I can only refer Joe Mitchell as a trustworthy, friendly and easy to work with salesman. Over the course of 1 week Joe followed up with me to make a deal happen for a used car that had all the features I wanted (a 2012 Honda Odyssey). I was always offered but never pressured into buying any additional features or services - which I appreciate very much. Joe was also accommodating to go on two separate test drives with me (and even picking up my driver's license which I had left not far from the dealership). He and the team at Galpin were working hard to lower the price of the car to the budget I had set out to go with in the first place. Galpin Honda is a trustworthy dealership that has won another customer in me. Thanks to Joe and Steve for making all this happen.
