Called Frymire Services twice, after a technician had made a visit. I wanted to inquire about a Bryant Air Conditioner. First response was an attempt to sell me a Carrier Air Conditioner or Trane product. I specificaly asked for a replacment for a 4800 Lennox product. I wanted to update from the R=22 to the new 410 system. People dont't listen, making it difficult to get results! And, I still don't have a quote for the new system, or a call back to discuss it! I'll be out of town until the 30th! I would like to hear from you by then!
RESPONSE FROM Frymire Services, Inc.:
A proposal was emailed on May 17th to Ms. Pettiford, but evidently was not received by the customer. Our comfort consultant has since in been contact and the customer has received our proposal. We are sorry for the delay.
